Monument Leasing Corp., based in Jacksonville, FL has acquired the holding at 4030 Express St. The property is fully leased to a subsidiary of Pittsburgh-based Westinghouse Electric Corp. The tenant, which has a long-term lease with renewal option, is an appliance distributor.

David R. Dunn and Larry G. Rodgers, both of Henry S. Miller Commercial's Arlington office, represented the buyer. Tommy Welsh of the Welsh Co. in Ft. Worth, acted for the seller, Express Industrial Properties.

In another Henry S. Miller Commercial transaction, Dan Spika has leased 41,329 sf to LTTS Charter Schools, which operates under the banner of Universal Academy. The charter school will set up offices at 2143 N. Stemmons Freeway in Lewisville. The Lewisville I-35 Ltd P/S is the building owner of record.
