COPC, which has offices in Austin and Amherst, NY, helps its customers provide better service for firms with intensive customer contacts. COPC's has a certification process for companies with call centers and similar operations.

The company appointed Elizabeth Prakasam as CEO of the Singapore office and Andrew Cranshaw as vice president. Both have extensive experience in the area. "COPC already enjoys a strong presence in Singapore with highly visible customers," Prakasam said in a prepared statement. "We are poised for explosive growth in this region as more customer-focused companies in the region become aware of the company's services."

COPC, whose Austin office is at 515 S. Capital of Texas Highway, is one of several Austin companies that have extended their operations overseas in recent months. In July, Prosoft Training Inc. opened an information technology training center in New Delhi, India.
