The M&M study finds the best long-term investment marketsare Bradenton, a Tampa suburb; the Northeast-University corridor inOrlando; Clearwater, five miles west of Tampa on the Gulf ofMexico; Pasco/Hernando; and the Maitland-Winter Park hub inOrlando.
