His responsibilities include all of Ryan's Downtown portfolio and the retail group.
Burrill has worked for Ryan for 21 years, and has managed many of Ryan's significant office properties including One Corporate Center, AT&T Tower and International Centers I and II. He recently led the team that transferred the US Bancorp center to its new owner, and is now working on the Retek on the Mall project on Nicollet Mall in Downtown Minneapolis.
Besides designing, building and developing commercial real estate, Ryan also offers asset, property and facilities management services to customers. In addition to its Minneapolis office, Ryan has offices in Chicago, Phoenix, Cedar Rapids, IA and Des Moines, IA.
