ATLANTA-Locally based Noble Investment Group is receiving a mezzanine/acquisition and fixed-rate loan package from New York-based Lehman Brothers for the 11-story, 300-room Marriott cool Springs hotel in Franklin, TN.
The loan package for the two-year-old property breaks down to $4 million in mezzanine/acquisition financing and $21.25 million in fixed-rate financing.
Bill Tyler and Mike Doll of L.J. Melody & Co.'s Atlanta office arranged the financing.
