In the less than $5-million category, Shingobee Buildings won for its Tiowaka Spiritual Center for the Shakopee Mewakanton Sioux Community in Prior Lake, MN. The 10,966-sf building, designed by HTG, was built at a cost of $2.36 million.
EDS Consultants won in the building renovation or remodeling category for its work in theSt. Anthony Park Library in St. Paul, and the special recognition award was given to the Minneapolis Community Development Agency.
