The shopping center is under construction on the southwest corner of Empire Ave., just off the Golden State (5) Freeway. It is being built by LA-based Zelman Development Co.

Olive Garden is one of the nation's largest operators of Italian restaurants. Its new Burbank lease is for 10,405 sf, with a 15-year term.
