O'Brien tells GlobeSt.com Simplex is making a strategic move to increase market shares by moving from Santa Rosa into an area where they have low market share.

Also, logistically speaking, O'Brien says Simplex can serve Marin, Sonoma, Napa and Solano markets more effectively from Napa than from Santa Rosa. The company's lease in Santa Rosa is coming close to the end. Simplex has not made a decision on whether it will ride out the terms or sublease the space.
