George Wisnoski, real estate leasing consultant at Ripco, will handle the assignment. The company, which is based in Conshocken, PA, is a commercial real estate brokerage that specializes exclusively in retail properties.
Besides the retail component, the master plan for Willingboro Town Center includes a 260,000-sf Merck-Medco distribution center that will provide some 850 jobs when it's finished, office space, a new campus for Burlington County College and the new Willingboro public library. Other uses include housing, a daycare center and a significant amount of green space. Build-out is expected to take several years.
