Staubach promoted Jeff Lamb to executive vice president of corporate operations. He will be overseeing the firm's corporate operations, administrative functions, human resources, information systems and accounting and office services. Lamb also will act as corporate liaison to the retail services group.
A member of Staubach's executive committee, he was vice president of corporate human resources. Lamb joined the Staubach team in December 2000 after serving as Belo's vice president of administration. He also worked for 12 years with Mesa Petroleum.
Centex appointed Jack Morris Jr., Peter Read Jr. and Bruce Potter. Morris is the executive team's new senior VP and is tasked with overall management and direction of preconstruction services; Read, director of business development; and Potter, preconstruction leader. Their years of service in the industry range from 12 to 20 years.
Doug Demers, managing principal of Perkins & Will's new Dallas office, has selected Terri Robinson as director of the team's new integrated delivery services division. Her role will be to guide end-to-end services related to implementation of clients' facilities goals and real estate strategies. The job entails coordination and partnering with developers, general contractors, real estate professionals and financial entities. She previously was vice president of HOK Program Management ULC in Toronto and a director with McKinnon Design Associates, also in Toronto.
JPI promoted James N. Duncan from asset manager to VP and regional asset manager. He joined JPI in mid-1998 in the Mid-Atlantic office in Vienna, VA. He will be directing asset management duties in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, Ohio and Washington DC.
