The building stands at 12402 Los Nietos. It was acquired by the private R&D Schoensiegel Family Trust.
The buyer was represented by Rob Leiter and Elizabeth Hughes of Lee & Associates. The sellers, private investors listed only as T. Sowder and H. Greenfield, were represented by Greg Jones of Jones & Lawton.
Though no major industrial building sales have recently been announced in the area surrounding Downtown LA, several smaller complexes have sold in the past few months to private individuals and small investment groups.
