Principal David A. Bercu, SIOR, represented Ingram Entertainment while Dan Leahy of NAI Hiffman represented the sub-lessor.
Technician Services, Inc. will use the space in the 38,000-sf industrial building for telephone-switching systems engineering and installation operations. Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler Inc. vice president Mark Dolemba represented the building owner while Morleen Associates senior vice president Jim Rigney represented Technician Services, Inc.
In an unrelated DuPage County industrial lease deal, PGL Inc has renewed its lease on an 8,554-sf building at 650 Wheat Lane in Wood Dale, Illinois. Bercu and Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler Inc. senior vice president Ronald J. Behm, SIOR represented the building owner; Behm also represented PGL.
