The $31-million development, known as Riverbend Plaza III andIV, is beingbuilt by Curis Enterprises of Detroit and AnthonyLombardo and Associates of Washington Township. The condominiumswill be called Heritage Condominiums.

Restaurants are proposed for the two retail lots, says MarcellTodd of thecity planning commission staff. The sale price of theproperty was not released.
