One Park Ten Place is part of the Koll Bren Schreiber Realty Advisors' 5.2 million-sf Houston portfolio. The three-story, 34,427-sf One Park Ten Place is located just north of the Katy Freeway between Texas 6 and Barker Cypress Road.

The Energy Corridor was second in the city for absorption last quarter. The submarket absorbed 284,325 sf, outpaced only by the Westchase submarket.
