Todd, born and raised in Atlanta, has 15 years of sales and marketing experience. He helped author "The Impact of the 1996 Olympics on the Atlanta Commercial Real Estate Market," an Urban Land Institute report. He has also held leadership roles at the American Red Cross, Profitmaster Displays and Pepsi-Cola Co.

He is a graduate of Harvard's Graduate School of Business Administration and Morehouse College. Todd will work with Studley's national accounts group to develop strategic business plans for clients, Patrick Duffy, Studley's senior vice president/branch manager, Atlanta, says in a prepared statement.

Cate will be taking a more active national role, working with the firm's other offices in New York, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Fort Lauderdale, FL, Houston, Los Angeles, New Jersey, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Washington, DC and Orange County, CA.

Cate joined the firm in 1999 after leaving the office and industrial team of Marcus & Millichap where he was a top sales achiever. He has participated in $300 million worth of commercial investment sale-leaseback transactions with Studley.

Cate has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Georgia State University where he is a guest lecturer.
