APC Holdings Inc. has secured the loan through life insurance company, David L. Babson & Co, is a one-year, fixed-rate loan. The property is located on Will Clayton Parkway at the US Highway 59 entrance to the library. The new facility will host 4,402 parking spaces of which 3,390 are uncovered and 560 are covered.
Yvonne Wallace of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler's Houston office arranged the financing. "The parking facility will be a major asset for IAH (Intercontinental Airport Houston), especially Continental Airlines," says Wallace. "It will provide a direct connection for Houston's Continental 'Elite One Pass' members which constitute the majority of the airport's customers." Continental has more than 70,000 Elite One Pass members worldwide, accounting for 82% of the volume at Intercontinental Airport.
