Also, Fabian Couture Group International, the formal wear company, renewed and expanded at 205 Chubb Ave., now occupying 48,555 sf. SBWE Inc. represented the tenant. And Overhead Door Co., represented by NAI/James E. Hanson, Inc., leased 10,822 sf of warehouse space at 1270 Valley Brook Ave.

Finally, Personal Lines Insurance Brokerage took an undisclosed amount of space at 210 Clay Ave., a 121,206-sf facility. And Standard Forms, represented by Insignia/ESG renewed its lease at the 142,580-sf 1275 Valley Brook Ave.
