Picture Perfect, a custom picture framing company, leased approximately 18,600 sf in an industrial-office complex at 3232 W. Thomas Rd. The space is part of a 45,000-sf, two-building complex at the northeast corner of 33rd Avenue and Thomas Road.

Picture Perfect will use the space as a corporate office, showroom and assembly spot for custom picture frames. Other tenants in the building include Anderson Glas, the state of Arizona and American Medical Screening. The two-building complex is approximately a mile west of Interstate 17. Steve Bodeman of the Phoenix office of DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant and building owner, the Luchini Investment Group.

Air Liquide America Corp. has leased nearly 5,000 sf at Two Gateway, an office building at 432 N. 44th St. Air Liquide specializes in providing medical and industrial gases and related services. The international company will use the space as a regional headquarters for it Phoenix operation. Laura Becker of DAUM's Phoenix office acted for the tenant while John Golston of CMD Realty Investors Inc.'s Phoenix office represented the building owner.
