The two properties are located in the prime Westshore submarket where the average asking full-service rent is $20.67 per sf and the range for class A, B and C properties is $13.50 per sf to $26 per sf. Tampa is 80 miles west of Downtown Orlando.

Kennedy Center is a 22-year-old, 94,000-sf, 73% leased structure at 5100 West Kennedy Blvd. One President's Plaza is a 17-year-old, 97,000-sf, 77%-leased building at 4902 Eisenhower Blvd.
