Broward will work in the firm's office in Atlanta, a marketwhere he has distinguished himself. Broward is a member of theHomebuilder's Association of Metropolitan Atlanta, the CommunityAssociation Institute and the Urban Land Institute. He co-producedthe prototype for one of the nation's early neighborhood intranetproducts--Neighborware--a software package that allows customers toprovide an online network exclusively for the residents of theircommunities.

Broward won the Home Automation Association's 2000 award for the"Best Planned Community of the Year" for Summer Grove inAtlanta.
