Fairfield Unit Makes $10.3-Mil Valley Buy

VAN NUYS, CA-The FF Realty affiliate of Fairfield Residential acquires 161-unit complex, which is almost fully leased. Seller is an offshoot of NY's Sentinel Real Estate.

The development stands at 15425 Sherman Way. Nearly all of its 161 units are leased, brokers involved in the transaction say.

The buyer is Fairfield Residential's FF Realty affiliate. The complex was sold by SRE Real Estate Fund, an affiliate of New York-based Sentinel Real Estate.

A Marcus & Millichap team of Ron Harris and Greg Harris represented both parties in the transaction.
