N. Scottsdale Restaurant Goes to CA-Based Investor

SCOTTSDALE, AZ-The Village Inn in Scottsdale's northern submarket has changed hands in a $1.2-million deal. Leon Schneider, a Beverly Hills, CA-based investor has acquired the eatery from seller CNL Restaurant Property Services.

David Guido of Marcus & Millichap's Phoenix office represented the buyer, Leon Schneider of Beverly Hills while Chris Kostanecki and Chris Rea, also from Marcus & Millichap, acted on the seller's behalf. The Village Inn is situated at 17030 N. Scottsdale Rd. on the northwest corner of Scottsdale Road and Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard in north Scottsdale. It is near the Tournament Players Club Golf Course and Princess Resort, one of the largest resorts in the Valley.
