The first phase of the project, designed by Sprotte + Watson, includes three new villa buildings and one refurbished existing building. The $33 million project includes a total of 21 new buildings consisting of 146time-share villas.
Completion of the project owned by The Welk Resort Group, located at 8860 Lawrence Welk Drive, is slated for next July.
