In the larger of the two transactions, Ceridian Corp., an employer services company, has renewed and expanded to a total of just under 50,500 sf at Eagle Rock IV. Peter Hamburger, Curtis Foster, Jonathan Meisel, Walter Schoneberg and Gary Buesgens of Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey, East Rutherford, represented Ceridian.
Also, Prudential Insurance has leased just under 16,100 sf at the property. Michele Freeman and Jason Fray of CB Richard Ellis represented Prudential. Robert A. Fisher, director of leasing, and Susan Muff, leasing associate were the in-house reps for Lincoln Equities. With the two leases, 17,000 sf of space is currently available at Eagle Rock IV.
