For the first phase, the company will build and lease a 50,000-sf facility on Celeste Drive, near the corner of Schoenherr and East 23 Mile roads. In the second phase, planned for 2004, the company intends to double the size of the plant. Leases over the first five-year period will total about $2 million. The company has received about $5.9 million in tax breaks and employee-training funds from state and local governments.
