Maple Point I-Woodridge is slated to be an 81,420-sf facility while Maple Point II-Woodridge will offer 84,960 sf in the 19-acre office, research and industrial park at 103rd Street and International Pkwy.

Itasca, IL-based design/build firm FCL Builders, Inc. is constructing the precast, single-story structures, each offering 16 exterior truck docks and 24 feet clear height.

Cornerstone Architects is providing architectural services. Senior project manager Chris Paxson is supervising construction for FCL. Tim Thompson of HSA Commercial and Jeff Fischer of Insignia/ESG are the marketing agents for the Maple Point Business Park.
