The opening bid for a 123-room Day's Inn in Bridgeport will be $1.95 million, with a $75,000 certified check the required ticket to bid. The property is at exit 144 of Interstate-75. "The current absentee owner of the Days Inn is retiring and has directed the hotel's immediate sale, presenting a tremendous upside opportunity for a buyer at auction," says Sheldon Good & Co. president Alan R. Kravets.

A $1.8-million bid could take an 83-room, three-building Ramada Limited near the intersection of Interstates 280 and 80/90 outside Toledo. In addition, the property includes a leased restaurant and bar, another leased commercial building and a house. "The Ramada Limited in Perrysburg is in excellent, first-class condition, and its sale affords an owner-operator or an investor a tremendous opportunity to run the hotel as is, or to increase the number of its rooms," Kravets says. "The hotel offers additional land for future room expansion or commercialdevelopment."

A $70,000 certified check is required to bid on the Perrysburg property.
