The six-hour course is approved by the Texas Real Estate Commission as credit toward continuing education. IA-Dallas is marking its fifth time that it has presented a session for BOMA's continuing education program.

"There is a growing trend for the role of construction management to fall on the property managers and chief engineers. And it is increasingly important for managers and leasing agents to be competent in supervising tenant finish-outs and upgrades.
