John Ferruzo of NAI Partners Commercial in Houston represented the tenant in the deal. Mike Annino of Insite Realty negotiated for the building owner, EastGroup Properties Inc. of Mississippi. The furniture company will move into the showroom-warehouse Sept. 1, but Ferruzo tells GlobeSt.com the company is looking at an year-end opening.
Ferruzo says that Brandon may venture into other Texas cities in the future. The company already has locations in Scottsdale, AZ and Las Vegas in addition to its Florida locations, says Ferruzo.
In a building sale, Ferruzo also represented Larry Clarke in a property transfer of a 7,850-sf flex building at 14333 Fern St. to A to Z Enterprises. Fern Street is located near Interstate 10 and Dairy Ashford in West Houston. Blake Hillegeist of Blake Hillegeist Real Estate represented A to Z.
