Catherine's is a plus size retail chain owned by Charming Shoppes Inc. Charming Shoppes is a Bensalem, PA-based specialty retailer. The company owns more than 1,750 stores nationwide in the brands of Fashion Bug, Fashion Bug Plus, The Answer/Added Dimensions and Monsoon and Accessorize. The Catherine Plus Sizes branding accounts for about 400 stores nationwide. The retailer's game plan is to open the Katy store in the fall. Lilly Golden of Moody Rambin Interests Retail Property Division represented Catherine's in the lease negotiations. Dan Wheat of Barshop & Oles acted on the building owner's behalf.
