* Larson Realty Group's purchase of the 301 East Liberty building in Downtown Ann Arbor, containing some 78,640 sf, for approximately $9.6 million or $122 per sf.

* JFK Investment's purchasing from Transwestern and Connecticut General Life Insurance Co. of a 350,000-sf portfolio consisting of the Lakepointe Office building; Novi Garden Office A & B; Orchard Hill Place and Novi Business I & II, for a price of around $41.5 million, which equates to $119 per sf.
