Terms of the 10-year pact will provide the county's Environmental Health Administration with 77,000 sf inside the San Gabriel Valley Corporate Center. The complex stands at 5050 Commerce Drive.
The development's landlord is Seattle-based Washington Mutual, one of the nation's 10 largest lending institutions. The bank was represented by Ron Heim of Trammell Crow Co.
The Environmental Health Administration is part of the LA County Health Department. It represented itself in the lease negotiations.
