The Association Group Insurance Administrators' new office is less than a mile west of Squaw Peak Parkway. The association provides administrative, marketing and product development assistance to insurance companies.
The Phoenix office of Grubb & Ellis Co., with brokers Jerry Jacobs, Larry Downey and Mike Myrick, represented the Texas-based building owner, Presidio Investment II, LLC in the transaction. Grubb & Ellis is Presidio Investments II's broker for its six Phoenix holdings. Gee Gee Entz of Coldwell Banker Commercial's Phoenix office negotiated the pact for the tenant.
