The lease transaction was arranged by the New York City of Newmark & Co. Real Estate. Newmark CEO Barry Gosin and the firm's Scott Panzer negotiated the lease on behalf of Integrated Communications Corp.
Newmark manages and/or leases some 46 million sf of commercial space, including a nine million-sf portfolio owned by its principals. Lawrenceville, Integrated Communications' new South Jersey home, is located in the Princeton submarket.
