HOUSTON-Ostler International, an importer and distributor, is prepping for a move into 21,600 sf of industrial space in Houston's northeast submarket. Nationwide, Ostler occupies 280,000 sf at its 15 locations in 35 states.

Ostler International is a 225-employee, Salt Lake City-based importer and distributor of replacement collision parts. The company has 15 locations nationwide and sales and operations in 35 states. According to Ostler, the company has 280,000 sf of gross industrial space nationwide.

KRM Development is a Chestertown, MD land development company that specializes in the design and construction of office and industrial space. In addition to several Maryland sites, the company owns industrial space in Houston, Chicago, Atlanta, New Orleans, Smyrna, DE, and Charlotte, NC.
