In an unrelated DuPage County deal, plastic bags manufacturer Scholle has leased 12,360 sf on the third floor at 360 W. Butterfield in Elmhurst in an expansion of office space near the company's Northlake headquarters. Mark Baumhart, CCIM, of Arthur J. Rogers & Co. represented Scholle while Rob Graham of Insignia/ESG represented the building's ownership.
