Terms of the marketing contract weren't disclosed by either Park Development Corp. president David Townsend or Barbara Vance, president, Vance Realty. Rob Brewer of Vance Realty is project manager for the condo complex.

The 1,700-sf to 3,500-sf condo units are priced from $200,000 to $700,000-pls. Plaza de Lago is part of MetroWest Place, a $150 million, 350,000-sf class A mixed-use venture being developed by Townsend. He has built 200,000 sf of office at the same location.

Vance Realty posted 161 sales valued at $35.7 million in 2000; 106 sales for $20 million in 1999; and 69 sales for $13.2 million in 1998. For the first seven months of this year, the brokerage has logged $34 million on 135 sales, or an average $251,518 per transaction.
