Rushton Industries Adding Two Buildings to Office Condo Complex

FAIRFIELD, NJ-The new construction will increase the size of what is said to be New Jersey's largest office condo to eight buildings and 137,000 sf.

With the completion of Building 7, the company expects to immediately begin construction of Building 8, according to Lori Rushton, director of sales and marketing. Altogether, the complex will total 137,000 sf of space with nearly 150 office suites.

Fairfield Commons has 86 suites currently occupied. Space availabilities range from 900 sf to 35,000 sf, built to the buyer's specifications. Rushton Industries itself is based at Fairfield Commons.
