Historic Keating Building Sells for $4.6 Mil

SAN DIEGO-A 111-year-old building in the Gaslamp Quarter -- home to a nightclub owned by the son of the late singer-songwriter Jim Croce -- has sold for $4.6 million.

The 111-year-old Keating building is home to Patrick's II and Croce's. The five-story, 36,000-sf landmark is at the northwest corner of Fifth Avenue and F Street.

The structure was built in 1890. Cotton Ritchie Corp. represented the seller, Keating Properties. Sperry Van Ness represented the buyer, Gaslamp Properties LLC, in the transaction.
