Alliance Wood specializes in oil and gas production and transmission projects. Park Ten is along Interstate 10 and is part of the Energy Corridor submarket, second in the city for absorption last quarter. The submarket absorbed 284,325 sf, outpaced only by the Westchase submarket.
Newport Beach, CA-based Koll Bren Schreiber Realty Advisors owns the Atrium at Park Ten. Koll Bren's Houston portfolio includes 50 office, retail and office-warehouse properties for an aggregate 5.2 million sf.
