Scandinavian Design Plans 55,000-SF Store

WESTMINSTER, CO-The store to be built on a 4.1-acre site at Wadsworth Parkway and Church

Todd Rosen of AmCap Properties, Inc. negotiated the land sale.

The store is scheduled to open in the first half of 2002 in the 250,000-sf center.

Scandinavian Designs will join Safeway, The Leather Center, Cort Furniture, Wall Units, Ethan Allen and La-Z-Boy at the Standley Marketplace, which opened in 1999.

The Standley Lake Scandinavian Designs will be the second in the metro area. The company opened a store at 9000 E. Hampden Ave. in Denver in 1989.
