The largest lease transaction of the quarter was Westvaco's 122,205-sf deal at Montville Business Center, Montville, NJ. Tom Consiglio of Resource Realty was the broker.
Other large transactions included Qualipac Corp. 29,008-sf lease in Whippany, NJ, and an additional 6,500 sf at Montville Business Center. Also, Application Specific Integrated Phonics leased 20,000 sf at 25 World's Fair Dr. in Somerset (John Cunningham of GVA Williams of New Jersey was the broker). And Frozen Ropes, Inc. took 14,000 in Montville (Greg Sabato of GVA Williams of New Jersey was the broker).
Other leases were signed with Thomas A. Caserta, Inc. (9,500 sf in Hamilton, Twp.); Tristate Newspaper Services (8,690 sf in Whippany); Wyle Labs (8,173 sf in Montville); Bio-Medical Applications (8,134 sf in Montville); and Lesco, Inc. (8,000 sf in Hamilton Twp.), among others.
