The Blackhawk Corporate Center II is a two-story, class A office building that's going up at 3050 W. Agua Fria Freeway. Orsett Properties Ltd. is the developer of the 38,000-sf office building, being positioned at the northeast corner of 31st Avenue and the Agua Fria Freeway section of Loop 101. The freeway connects to Interstate 17, which is just about a half mile east of the office building.
Coldwell Banker Success will be relocating its MetroCenter office, which is about seven miles to the south. The spot also will house about 100 sales representatives from the recently acquired Prudential operations.
The Phoenix office of Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona Inc., with brokers Tim Whittemore and Mike Sayre, represented the building owner. GeeGee Entz of Coldwell Banker's Phoenix office, acted on the tenant's behalf.
