Morrow/Rooker plans to lease the site, located on 8.85 acres of land, to Southern Bonded Warehouse, a third-party logistics company that provides contract warehouse management services.
The building was built in 1986. Buddy Hill and Rick Tumlin of Advantis Real Estate Services Co., Atlanta, represented Morrow/Rooker.
