North Florida projects under way total 1.7 million sf with an estimated aggregate value of $150 million. Active ventures comprise the Ritz-Carlton hotel in Naples, FL; the 260,000-sf Center of Commerce Industrial Park in Orlando; and the 110,000-sf Home Depot transfer facility in Groveland, FL, Lake County.
