Marcus & Millichap has named Richard Butler as a seniorinvestment associate, one of the highest levels of recognition thatthe firm awards. Butler, who has been with the firm for 12 years,focuses on the multifamily market. Last year, he accumulated $25million in sales and is on pace to hit $45 million this year.

The Phoenix office of Hogan & Associates, a real estatebrokerage firm, has named Tracy Glass as vice president and seniormarketing consultant. At Richmond American Homes, Jim Kenny isassuming a vice presidency of land acquisitions and Paul McClurg,project manager. The investment firm of the Rubin Cos. Inc. haspromoted Brett K. Sheets to director of leasing.
