Butler, who has been with the firm for 12 years, focuses on the multifamily market. Last year, he accumulated $25 million in sales and is on pace to hit $45 million this year.
The Phoenix office of Hogan & Associates, a real estate brokerage firm, has named Tracy Glass as vice president and senior marketing consultant. At Richmond American Homes, Jim Kenny is assuming a vice presidency of land acquisitions and Paul McClurg, project manager. The investment firm of the Rubin Cos. Inc. has promoted Brett K. Sheets to director of leasing.
