Infinite Visions Software, a subsidiary of Windsor Management Group, will be moving into One Agave Center, situated at 8950 S. 52nd St. One Agave Center, a project of Gerding/Edlen Development, is near the southeast corner of Warner Road and Interstate 10.
The company is currently headquartered in the Mill Towne Center, at 209 E. Baseline Rd., which is about four miles away from its new location. Infinite Visions Software provides state-of-the-art software, support and consulting services through the development of Infinite Visions products, geared to administrative and financial software for school districts and other government entities in need of fund accounting.
The Phoenix office of Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona, with brokers Tom Johnston and Mike Beall, represented the building owner. Michael Johns of the Phoenix office of John Hall & Associates handled talks for the tenant.
