ST. PAUL, MN-Joseph Hallberg owns his own mechanical engineering services firm in White Beak Lake, MN. He helped create the council's mechanical electrical practice group.

Hallberg founded his engineering firm in 1985, and his firm specializes in mechanicalelectrical and energy conservation engineering. His firm recently was involved with the new Cleveland Park School in Minneapolis and construction and remodeling projects for schools in Bloomington, Forest Lake and Stillwater, all in Minnesota.
