GOLDEN VALLEY, MN-NorthMarq Capital arranges the deal on the 190,758-sf office building owned by United Properties. Patrick Minea, managing director and vice president, arranges the financing with Douglas Dolliff and Kim Nyberg.

NorthMarq officials did not provide further details on the financing.
